Dear Food Service Partner,
The Maryland School Nutrition Association invites you to discover the benefits of partnering with us for our 2024-2025 membership year. We are excited to offer many partnership opportunities including membership, advertising, exhibiting and sponsorships for our annual convention.
This year’s 2024 annual convention will be held at the Roland E. Powell Convention Center on October 25-26, 2024. The theme is “Bridging Bright Futures Through School Meals”. Please cross this bridge with us to inspire more than 350 school food service professionals across the state of Maryland, including county supervisors, directors and buyers, at one of the lowest state show booth prices across the country.
Show hours will be Saturday, October 26th from 11:15 AM - 2:00 PM, Roland E. Powell Convention Center, 4001 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, Maryland 21842.
Set up times are Friday, October 25th from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM and Saturday, October 26th, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
We have a full day packed with an energizing keynote speaker, informative education sessions and of course a beautiful venue to showcase for our members the latest and greatest food and equipment! The convention will culminate with an evening of recognition and entertainment at an awards banquet at the Ocean City Convention Center! Each Sustaining Industry Member will receive one complimentary ticket; additional tickets will be available for purchase. You will be able to make the required RSVP on our website. We hope you will join us as we embrace Bridging Bright Futures Through School Meals.
WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
Whether you are planning on attending both the MdSNA association training and House of Delegates activities on Friday as well as the full convention schedule on Saturday, or just coming to the convention events on Saturday, consider getting a hotel room and extending your stay and building in some extra-curricular time at the beach. Ocean City has so much to offer. Enjoy these hotel discounts when making your reservation. RSVP quickly before the discounted rooms are gone!

Convention Digital Program: September 1 deadline for ads and content
Winter Issue: November 1 deadline / December 1 distribution
Spring Issue: February 1 deadline / March 1 distribution
Summer Issue: May 1 deadline / June 1 distribution
Ads can be sent in pdf, jpg or png file format
Full color ads accepted
Serving Spoon Digital Ad Size: Diamond, Platinum & Gold members - 8.5" x 11" plus .25" bleeds all around; Silver members - 8" x 5" - bleeds not recommended
Digital convention program booklet size: Diamond, Platinum & Gold members - 5.15" x 6.75", no bleeds / Silver Members - 5.15" x 3.25", no bleeds. CLICKABLE LINKS NOT YET SUPPORTED but we are looking into adding this as well.
